After you submit your form, our Intake Coordinator will reach out to you within 24-48 hours, except on weekends and holidays, which may take a bit longer.
A Note About Insurance:
Please note that while Menlo Park Intimacy & Sex Therapy Centers does not work directly with insurance panels, we are happy to provide therapy invoices to clients who work with licensed clinicians (as opposed to sexologists, Doctors of Human Sexuality, Sexual Empowerment Coaches etc.) to submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement after full payments.
